Turnaround Time:

We now offer 2 different turnaround times, depending on what is ordered. Orders that include jackets take longer, as we are now working with a 3rd party company to do our printing.

 

 

RECORD ONLY orders: 4-6 week standard turnaround time

 

If you would like your RECORD ONLY order to arrive sooner, we suggest adding one of our expedited services. Please keep in mind that our expedited services only guarantee a shipment date, not a delivery date. Please allow time (at least 5 days) for the delivery service (either USPS or UPS) to deliver the order to you.

 

GUARANTEED departure from facility within 3 weeks after payment+files are received (40% Additional Charge)

GUARANTEED departure from facility within 2 weeks after payment+files are received (60% Additional Charge)

GUARANTEED departure from facility within 1 week after payment+files are received (100% Additional Charge)

 

 

 

FULL UNIT/JACKET ONLY orders: ESTIMATED 11+ weeks standard turnaround time

 

At the moment, we can only offer the standard 11+ week turnaround time for orders that include jackets.
