Little Elephant Custom Vinyl does not check/analyze the content (both audio and artwork), and shall not be required to do so either. By making available content to Little Elephant Custom Vinyl, the Buyer declares to possess all rights with regard to that content and/or to have obtained the required license to use the content. The buyer is solely responsible and liable for the content they provide. If the buyer does not own the rights to the content, or has not obtained a license to use the content, Little Elephant Custom Vinyl shall be completely excluded from any damages, lost sales, profit, etc., and the buyer shall exclusively accept any consequences or responsibilities that may transpire.
